Hello! We received an inquiry about the species of seeds found in some photos that have been published in the United States. Does anyone here have ideas about their identity?

    Hi there,
I hope this finds you happy and healthy. My name is Jordan Kissane and I am wondering if you can confirm what type of seed this is? According to an expert quoted in the NYT, they are Waterlilly seeds. Trying to confirm this.

Please feel free to reach me as soon as you see this and thanks!

    Sincerely,
    Jordan

    Hi there,
The first bag looks like Citrus sp. to me – lots of variation across the genus and cultivars. The second bag I can’t see the contents clearly enough unfortunately.
    Kind regards,
